Support lead teachers in delivering engaging instruction and managing classroom routines. Provide individual and small-group learner support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom setup
• Support learners during activities and transitions
• Help manage behavior and reinforce classroom norms
• Record learner observations and feedback
• Coordinate with teachers and parents as needed

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor, Diploma or Certificate in Education (P1 or ECDE)
• Experience working with primary-aged children
• Kind, calm, and collaborative attitude
• Fluent in English and Swahili
• Willing to learn and grow in teaching profession

About the Role

You’ll be assigned to one class and work under a lead teacher’s guidance. You’ll gain hands-on teaching and curriculum experience.
