Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare daily meals for learners and staff
• Follow hygiene and food safety protocols at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space
• Assist with menu planning and ingredient tracking
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams

Ideal Candidate

• Certificate in Food Production or Hospitality
• 2+ years experience in institutional or school kitchens
• Knowledge of nutrition and food safety standards
• Team player with strong time management
• Reliable, clean, and proactive in kitchen tasks

You’ll work under the Kitchen Supervisor and collaborate with other cooks and operations staff to serve meals efficiently and safely.
