Key Responsibilities

• Supervise teaching staff and monitor lesson quality
• Lead curriculum implementation and teacher training
• Conduct classroom observations and feedback sessions
• Coordinate with leadership on term planning and assessment
• Build a collaborative school culture and high-performing team

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s in Education
• 5+ years teaching; 2+ in academic leadership
• Strong background in Cambridge or International Curriculum
• Experience mentoring teams and managing assessment
• Clear communicator and strategic thinker

About the Role

You’ll report to the Principal and oversee academic standards, staff development, and student achievement in the Junior School (Key Stages 1 & 2).
