Manage and organize school inventory and supplies. Maintain stock records, issue materials, and ensure school resources are available and accounted for.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and distribute materials to departments
• Maintain stock logs and reorder supplies when low
• Ensure proper labeling and clean storage conditions
• Assist finance team with monthly usage reports
• Track deliveries, returns, and requisitions

Ideal Candidate

• Diploma in Procurement, Logistics, or Business
• 1–2 years experience in a storekeeping role
• Excellent Excel skills and inventory software familiarity
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Able to lift and move boxes when needed

About the Role

You’ll work under the Operations Manager and coordinate with staff daily to ensure all needed materials are available and tracked.
